Ingredients for Taco
1 lb ground beef
Tortillas (I use carb balance)
Season salt
Sliced cheese
Garnishes: lettuce, pickle, Big Mac sauce
Ingredients for Big Mac Sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt (fine)
1 tablespoon yellow onion with juices
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp white vinegar
Note: Make this first and place in refrigerator.
Note: Place all ingredients in a mini food processor and let it do the work.
Instructions
Lay out tortillas on parchemnt paper. Start placing very thin sheet of ground beef on tortillas. When done, sprinkle season salt on the beef.
On medium high heat, start with the patty down side and cook for 4-5 minutes (make sure you don't see pink when flipped).
Flip and cook 2-3 minutes and place a slice of cheese on top the meat, remove from heat. Repeat until all are cooked.
Begin to garnish - add Big Mac Sauce, lettuce, and pickle. (I also added bacon.)
Note: You can also add finely chopped white onion, but the Big Mac sauce has a good flavor and you almost don't need it.
