I had a conference in Clearwater, FL last year and was introduced to a restaurant named Columbia Restaurant. It has the best salad and they make it at the table for you. You can even buy their 1905 dressing and take this deliciousness home with you. If you don’t have the luxury of picking up a bottle, I have included a copycat recipe I found from Soulfullymade!
Ingredients for salad:
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 tomato cut in eighths
8 oz. full green olives with pimento
1 cup swiss cheese (julienned like matchsticks)
1 cup ham (julienned like matchsticks)
1/4 cup romano cheese
Ingredients for dressing (make night before so it will setup):
4 cloves minced garlic
1 lemon juiced
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
