Best crust and makes the best pizza!
Ingredients
1 cup + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and more for rolling dough
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup cottage cheese
Cooking instructions
Add your dough hook to your Kitchen Aid Mixer
Add ingredients and spin until dough forms - it shouldn’t be sticky.
Add dough to bowl with a little olive oil in bowl and put towel over bowl and let rest for 10 minutes or so.
Once done, use flour and roll out as needed to from crust.

Preheat your pizza oven (middle dial - not on thin, not on thick)
With this dough, I split it into two crusts (two pizzas).
I cut parchment paper to mirror the same size as the pizza stone then set it on a round wood board
Set your crust on the parchment paper then build your pizza.
I’ve made my own sauce before, or you can use Rao’s or another brand. Add mozzarella and your favorite pizza toppings!
Gently ease the pizza (with parchment paper) on the stone.
Cook for about 4 minutes or so and then you can pull the parchment out and then cook the pizza another 5-6 minutes. Watch closely until it’s ready so you don’t burn.
Move to cutting stone and enjoy!
