Ingredients
6 bone-in pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup flour
2-3 eggs
1/2 - 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Begin heating a cast iron pan with vegetable oil and heat to 375 degrees.
In a pie plate, combine the flour, garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne and mix well.
In another pie plate beat the eggs.
Next, tenderize the meat and pound with a meat mallet.
Begin to dredge the pork chops - flour mix, egg then again the flour mix.
Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side. The pork chops should at least have a 165 degrees internal temperature.
