Grilled Italian Chicken Sandwiches


Ingredients

  • 10 chicken breasts

  • Tony Cachere Blackened Seasoning

  • Lawry’s Lemon Pepper

  • 1 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing

  • 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing


Instructions

  • Split chicken breast in half (horizontally), place in a gallon size bag and pound each chicken breast then take out of the bag and pierce with a meat fork and sprinkle the blackened seasoning and lemon pepper.

  • Get a bowl, and mix the liquid marinade ingredients together.

  • Divide the Chicken breasts into gallon size bags and pour marinade on top. Refrigerate and let marinade overnight.

  • Go outside and use your grill and cook on low temperature (around 250 degrees) for around 20 minutes. Cook on top rack and flip halfway while cooking.
