Ingredients
10 chicken breasts
Tony Cachere Blackened Seasoning
Lawry’s Lemon Pepper
1 cup Olive Oil
2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup Olive Garden Dressing
Instructions
Split chicken breast in half (horizontally), place in a gallon size bag and pound each chicken breast then take out of the bag and pierce with a meat fork and sprinkle the blackened seasoning and lemon pepper.
Get a bowl, and mix the liquid marinade ingredients together.
Divide the Chicken breasts into gallon size bags and pour marinade on top. Refrigerate and let marinade overnight.
Go outside and use your grill and cook on low temperature (around 250 degrees) for around 20 minutes. Cook on top rack and flip halfway while cooking.
