Pan Seared Spinach

Easy peasy spinach recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 pound spinach

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • A couple shakes of pepper

Instructions

  • Under medium heat, melt the butter then add spinach and toss with tongs until the spinach is wilted (spinach wilts down fast and shrinks. You can add more spinach to this recipe if you want.)

  • Next add all the spices until mixed well while tossing.

  • Serve immediately!
