Have leftover deli meat? Make some pinwheels for a get together or snack night!
Ingredients
Large 10-inch tortillas (around 4-6)
Block of cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. can green chilies
4 oz. can black olives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Slices of ham or turkey
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for the meat and tortillas and stir well.
Take about a half cup of the mixture and spread on tortilla and place meat on top.
Roll tight then wrap in plastic Saran Wrap and throw in the freezer.
Let sit up in freezer for an hour or two, set out then cut in slices.
You can keep these in the freezer overnight then thaw in refrigerator.
