I’m addicted to McAlister’s Deli Tea, but I don’t live close to one (which is probably a blessing). But, this tea recipe I found from Deja Vue is one of my favorites and you can make it from home!
Ingredients
7 family size tea bags
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups boiling water
12 cups cold water
Instructions
Place tea bags and baking soda in a pitcher. Pour in the boiling water and cover with a towel and let steep for 15 minutes.
Once the 15 minutes are up, pour in the sugar (sometimes I use less sugar so it’s not as sweet) and mix until dissolved.
Next, add the cold water and mix well.
Place in the refrigerator and let cool, then enjoy!
