Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of canned green beans (drained)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 lb bag tater tots
Instructions
Brown the meat with the onion and seasonings. Drain off grease, if needed, and remove from heat.
Add sour cream, cream of mushroom, green beans and Worcestershire to meat and stir well.
Move mixture to a 9x9 baking dish and spread evenly.
Add cheese on top of the mixture, then add the tater tots so the top is completely covered.
Cook on 375 for 45 minutes or until tots are brown and the dish is bubbling.
Note: I've also made this without Worcestershire and it was still yummy!
