Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef

  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp season salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom

  • 1 can of canned green beans (drained)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

  • 1 lb bag tater tots


Instructions

  • Brown the meat with the onion and seasonings. Drain off grease, if needed, and remove from heat.

  • Add sour cream, cream of mushroom, green beans and Worcestershire to meat and stir well.

  • Move mixture to a 9x9 baking dish and spread evenly.

  • Add cheese on top of the mixture, then add the tater tots so the top is completely covered.

  • Cook on 375 for 45 minutes or until tots are brown and the dish is bubbling.

  • Note: I've also made this without Worcestershire and it was still yummy!
